Geotechnical Report is the main service provided by Geosond srl. By design phases, the geotechnical documentation could be:
– Preliminary Geotechnical Report – AG-P phase
– Geotechnical Report – SG phase
– Detailed Geotechnical Report – SG-D phase
– Execution’s Geotechnical Monitoring Report – RMG phase
– Geotechnical Report Expertise – EG phase
Most of our projects are Geotechnical Investigations for:
* residential buildings (from 1 to 14 stores)
* industrial and commercial buildings,
* telecommunication infrastructure,
* transportation infrastructure,
* urbanistic buildings,
* versants consolidation,
* etc.
Please find below details regarding different geotechnical reports and design phases they are suitable for:
PRELIMINARY GEOTECHNICAL REPORT – “AG-P” PHASE
This documentation is suitable for the preliminary design phases such as: (pre)feasibility study, documentations for urban planing (PUD, PUZ and PUG). In this phase, the client will be informed about the general geological/geotechnical conditions of the prospected area and about the investment’s adaptability conditions to the underground conditions. The Preliminary Geotechnical Report cannot substitute the Geotechnical Report, which is mandatory for technical design.
GEOTECHNICAL REPORT – “SG” PHASE
Geotechnical Report is the main geotechnical documentation which is used for any construction’s design. It is part of any “technical design” document, which is mandatory in obtaining the “Construction Permit” (DTAC phase). This geotechnical design phase is essential for:
– providing all necessary underground information for a properly and economic design of the permanent or temporary construction works;
– providing essential information needed in choosing the right execution method;
– early stage identifying tof eventual difficulties which might appear during earthworks execution.
GEOTECHNICAL WORKS MONITORING REPORT – “RMG” PHASE
In order to assure that all earthworks are executed according to the project or to quickly react to eventual changes made in the master design after the geotechnical report has been delivered or, if necessary, to adapt the earthworks methods according to eventual geological particularities revealed on certain site’s areas, the client is highly advised to provide a monitoring of geotechnical works . At the end, a Report will be delivered.
GEOTECHNICAL EXPERTISE – “EG” PHASE
The Geotechnical expertise’s objective is to verify one ore more geotechnical elements of a new project (during the design or execution phase) or of an existing construction structure.
